WSJwineRobinson Reserve Pinot Noir 2008
2008 may be Oregon's best vintage yet (97-pts from Wine Spectator). Our Oregon expert was able to source a few precious cases of this stellar Reserve Pinot Noir from prized Willamette Valley. It's red-fruit-rich, silky-smooth and a standout value.

Customer Reviews for Robinson Reserve Pinot Noir 2008
This excellent Pinot Noir provided a mouthfull of fresh & lively cherry, raspberry and strawberry flavors. It was exceptionally smooth with well integrated tannins and silky smooth. I will definitely be back for more.
As stated in its promotional description this wine had a wonderfull balance of light textures and rich vivid flavors. It poured a medium Pinot red color. Its nose was dominated by the aroma of cranberries with hints of caramel as highlights. On the palate the taste was bright & lively with ripe cranberry, raspberry and cherry flavors complimented by tight asian spice notes. The texture was light and the finish was also quite lively and spicy. This was probably the best Oregon Pinot Noir that I have tasted.
